who is Piranha Farm?

  We are humans, we are complex creatures, and we are more than just our careers. I am here to share with you all the parts that make me who I am. I am not just Juliann the Designer, I am Juliann the lover of mountains and music, the Halloween enthusiast, the avid reader, coffee connoisseur, and vaudeville performer. The amateur painter, the above average mountain biker, aspiring surfer, and lifelong snowboarder.

I hold both a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Architecture. 

I have been working as a professional in the AEC industry since 2011. 

I have lived and worked in 

Los Angeles, Alaska, and Salt Lake City. 

I have extensive Project Management experience and I am comfortable collaborating with contractors, engineers, and developers. I love getting my shoes dirty on jobsites and seeing construction first hand.
